Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pathology-confirmed diagnosis of primary NSCLC, completely resected stage IIIA disease; completed 4 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy (IIIA-N2 patients can receive postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy) within 1 month without recurrence or metastasis; no Chinese medicine treatment during postoperative adjuvant therapy; TCM syndromes of Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, or Qi and Yin deficiency; aged 18–75 years; Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) PS score of =3; voluntarily involved in the clinical study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no clear pathological diagnosis; expected lifetime < 6 months; serious heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic conditions with severe dysfunction; being pregnant or breast-feeding; mental or cognitive disorders.
