Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective endoscopic sinus surgery, the main disease types are nasal polyps, sinusitis, nasal septum deviation; 2. ASA classification: I-II grade; 3. Aged 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are receiving other sedative drugs, opioid dependent patients; 2. Chronic liver and kidney dysfunction, bradycardia (HR<60), severe heart failure with myocardial infarction (New York Heart Association function class 4); 3. Have nerves Patients with abnormal system or disease (such as patients with severe central nervous system diseases or tumors or who have undergone intracranial surgery); 4. Excessive cognitive dysfunction, hypovolemic shock, hemodynamic instability; 5. Allergies or Know allergic to dexmedetomidine.
