Age
20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 to 40 years old; 2. BMI=18.5 to 23.9kg/m2; 3. AF, moderate, which mens AFS score between 5-8 score; 4. the first discovered intrauterine adhesions; 5. informed consent and willness to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With contraindications such as estrogen, IUD, gentamicin, dexamethasone, chymotrypsin; vaginitis, infection or systemic disease; 2. adhesions are caused by endometrial tuberculosis; 3. usage other estrogen and progesterone in past 3 months; 4. systemic diseases such as thrombotic disease, liver and kidney disease.
