Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AO/OTA 43-C3 pilon fracture; 2. Sugery was undergone through the anterior approach or through the combined posterior and anterior approaches; 3. aged 18 to 70 years old; 4. Patients with complete medical records; 5. follow-up time of at least 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records; 2. patients are unwilling to undergo clinical data investigation.
