20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-80 years old; in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction formulated by the conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995; first onset, lesions have been confirmed by head CT or MRI; or before the onset of lacunar infarction, but no upper limb dysfunction left; the course of illness is between two weeks and one year; motor-evoked response recorded from first dorsal interosseus (FDI) muscle of the unaffected hand; Brunnstrom stage upper limbs reached level 2 and above,hands reached level 1 and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: metallic implants in the brain or orbit of the eye; pacemakers; artificial cochlea;previous history of brain neurosurgery or cerebral trauma; epilepsy; severe cognitive deficit with a score < 20 on the Mini-Mental State Examination unilateral neglect, refusal of informed consent from patients or family members.
