20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20 to 40 years; 2) BMI 18 to 30; 3)ASAI-II; 4) willing to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) a history of drug use, alcohol or opioid abuse; 2) drug allergy or contraindication; 3) pregnant women; 4) patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5) patients with coagulation dysfunction; 6) patients with intra-spinal anesthesia contraindication; 7) patients with laryngeal mask airway ventilation; 8) failure to cooperate with the study for any reason; 9) participated in other clinical trials in March before being included in the study.
