20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 40 years old; 2. ASA score I, II; 3. uncomplicated and singleton full-term pregnancy; 4. voluntarily to receive cesarean section and postoperative controlled analgesia; 5. consent to participate the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with history of mental disorders or psychotropic substances use; 2. with history of neurological diseases such as epilepsy 3. with history of previously known diagnosed depression; 4. with suicidal ideation or history of suicide; 5. with history of drugalcohol or opioid abuse; 6. with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor treatment at present or in the past 14 days; 7. participating in other clinical studies 8. with severe heart disease, brain disease, liver disease and kidney disease; 9. be allergic to tramadol or opioids; 10. with any contraindication for combined spinal epidural anesthesia; 11. incapable of communication or cooperation.
