Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Primary head and neck malignant tumors, volunteers who have not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 2) pathological diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma patients; 3) Aged 20-70 years old; 4) Ability to comply with research protocols; 5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 6) Have complete medical record information; 7) Be able to complete the corresponding follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Non-primary head and neck tumors or patients who have received radiation or chemotherapy; 2) pathological diagnosis of patients with non-squamous cell carcinoma; 3) Can not comply with the experimental plan and sign the informed consent form; 4) Lack of complete pathology diagnosis report.
