Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >50 years old; 2. ASA II-III; 3. BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials; 2. acute upper respiratory tract infection; 3. use opioid analgesics within 24 hours; 4. a history of metabolic disease (eg, metabolic syndrome, etc.); 5. Have a history of drug allergy such as dexmedetomidine; 6. serious arrhythmia (eg sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, etc.); 7. severe liver and kidney function Abnormal; 8. history of serious mental or neurological disease; 9. other reasons are not suitable for this researcher.
