Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The shortest diameter of the neck mass is <1.5cm or difficult to puncture near blood vessels, nerves, and lymph nodes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious bleeding and coagulation disorder; 2. Obvious cardiovascular system or respiratory system or nervous system disease; obvious hepatorenal damage and acute infection.
