Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease 3-5; 2. eGFR<= 60 ml/min/1.73m2 in the month before the selection; 3. Aged 18-80 years old male and female; 4. Sign the written informed consent form; 5. Unplanned kidney transplantation within 1 years; 6. Eating rice as a staple food at least once a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone renal replacement therapy; 2. Diagnosis of malignant tumor in the last 1 year; 3. Difficult to cooperate with nutritional assessment and data collection; 4. Plan to enter dialysis treatment within 3 months; 5. Those who have participated in or are undergoing other clinical trials 2 weeks before screening; 6. Critical illness within 3 months before screening, such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, etc.; 7. Digestive tract obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, short bowel syndrome and other digestive diseases; 8. Use growth hormone and intravenous albumin within 2 weeks before screening; 9. Mental disorder.
