Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 20 and 30 years healthy adults.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. current smoker or/and alcoholics or/and drug abuse; 2. have a family history of genetic disease; 3. any of the following illnesses: chronic respiratory, cardiovascular, liver, renal, hematological disease, diabetes mellitus, serious gastrointestinal disorders and other systemic diseases.
