18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients aged from 18 to 70 years old; 2. Patients with urethral stricture requiring urethral reconstruction; 3. Those who have not participated in other clinical trials within three months; 4. Acquire informed consent according to the "Medical Device Clinical Trial Regulations", volunteering to test and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system and other important organ complications and systemic infection. Patients with severe urinary tract infection or tuberculosis; 2. Patients who use the known drugs that damage major organ within four weeks. 3. Patients with a history of allergies to multiple classes of drugs or with recent allergic diseases 4. Patients who are sensitive to collagen products or positive in skin test. 5. Patients with mental illnesses.
