Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From 2014 to 2018, the patients with cancer who received treatment in the Department of Medical Oncology of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University; 2. Hospital stay = 48 h and preservation of special medical records; 3. Pathologically confirmed malignant solid tumors (hepatocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer can be divided into subgroups to discuss); 4. Aged = 18 years old; 5. Performance status (PS) score 0-4; 6. The expected median survival time = 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CNS bleeding recently, intracranial or spinal lesions with a high bleeding risk; 2. Active massive bleeding, blood transfusion within 2 h > 2U; 3. Chronic, clinically detectable bleeding > 48 h; 4. Thrombocytopenia (PLT < 50000/µl); 5. Severe platelet dysfunction (uremia, drugs, hematopoietic disorders); 6. Major surgery with a high bleeding risk recently; 7. With potential coagulation disorder such as abnormal blood coagulation factors, the extension of prothrombin time or partial thromboplastin time over 3 times more normal value (excluding lupus inhibitors); 8. Spinal anesthesia, lumbar puncture; 9. High risk of falling; 10. With serious diseases of vital organs such as heart, liver, kidney and blood system or the above chronic diseases in the functional compensation period (inactive period).
