Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Carotid ultrasonography tips IMT = 1.0mm, aged 40-60 years old, and informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have one of the following conditions: ? have myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident and other strict Focus on cerebrovascular events; ? with endocrine dysfunction or other serious illness; ? use Glucocorticoids, insulin; ? pregnant women; ? allergy, known or may be Test drug or its components allergic; ? known bleeding tendency or hemorrhagic disease, or difficult to control System of coagulation disorders, or active bleeding; ? severe liver and kidney dysfunction,Sexual heart disease, alcoholism or history of drug abuse,ypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome, homeFamily type of hyperlipidemia and so on.
