18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients with histologically proven idiopathic membranous nephropathy; 3. 24-hour proteinuria>3.5g; 4. eGFR>30 mL/min/1.73m2; 5. Conform to TCM syndrome of Qixushire; 6. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary membranous nephropathy (including immunological disease related membranous nephropathy, such as lupus nephritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sjogren's syndrome;Infection-related membranous nephropathy, such as hepatitis b virus, hepatitis c virus, syphilis infection and other related membranous nephropathy; Tumor-associated membranous nephropathy; Membranous nephropathy caused by drugs and heavy metals); 2. Progressive membranous nephropathy,accompanied by IgA nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy and other kidney diseases; 3. Patients with life-threatening complications such as severe infection, malignancy, severe mental illness, acute central nervous system disease, severe gastrointestinal illness, and other serious organ disease and dysfunction; 4. Women in pregnancy, lactation or preparing for pregnancy; 5. Patients undergoing other clinical trials.
