Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients older than 18 years; 2) Recurrent HCC after initial surgical resection; 3) The initial surgical resection of HCC was based on the criteria of treatment guidelines of AASLD; 4) Patients with Child-Pugh class A or B; 5) The treatment of recurrent HCC was repeated resection or RFA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Vascular invasion and extrahepatic metastasis at recurrence; 2) Combined with other important organs dysfunction; 3) Absence of 6 month follow-up after treatment.
