Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) informed consent of the patient's family; (2) in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for ICD-10 schizophrenia and the first onset; (2) PANSS total score of 60; (3) hospitalization required; (4) last three months Did not take any drugs, including: antibiotics, glucocorticoids, probiotics, etc.; (5) residents of Hefei area, living time of half a year; (6) meet the requirements of magnetic resonance examination (no cardiac pacemaker, stent, metal denture and no claustrophobia, etc.); (7) can cooperate with blood and fecal specimens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) brain organic disease or other mental disorders; (2) history of head trauma, loss of consciousness for more than 1h, or obvious mental retardation; (3) current (within 3 months) alcohol and drug abuse or Previous dependence history; (4) received electroconvulsive treatment 12 months before enrollment; (5) contraindications for the use of antipsychotics; (6) those with intestinal diseases.
