Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of ARDS conforming to the 2012 definition of Berlin; 2. Mechanical ventilation more than 24h; 3. Meet the weaning conditions; 4. more than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with chronic heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Previous diaphragmatic paralysis, cervical spinal cord injury, neuromuscular junction disease, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, thoracic deformity, diaphragmatic hernia; 3. Disagreement on participation in research
