18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients; 2. HbA1c ranging from 7.5-10%; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 4. eGFR<30mL/(min.1.73 m2); 5. Informed consents be given before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus and secondary diabetes mellitus; 2. Liver and kidney insufficiency: liver function ALT, AST> normal upper limit 2 times. Kidney function eGFR<30mL/(min.1.73 m2); 3. Recurrent urinary tract infection or complicated urinary tract infection; 4. Allergy to dapagliflozin; 5. Researchers believe that patients may have other factors that may affect the results of the study or cause the study to be terminated.
