Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) strictly conform to the clinical diagnostic criteria of the Standards for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma (2017 edition) or Histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (including patients with portal vein tumor thrombus and / or inferior vena cava tumor thrombus); 2. Aged at least 18 years; 3. Normal hemodynamic indices before the recruitment; 4. Signed the Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Being allergic to Apatinib and / or their excipients; 3. Patients with contraindication; 4. Patients who physicians suggest not be included.
