Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery aged at least 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA IV - V, patients with allergy to local anesthetics, drug intolerance in the study, psychotic patients, local skin infection at puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, opioid abuse, chronic pain, severe liver and renal dysfunction, and those with low educational level who cannot use PCA or cannot match VAS scores.
