Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient with allergic rhinitis; (2) The nasal mucosa is pale; (3) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (4) Medical history of allergic rhinitis for at least one year and above; (5) Clear consciousness, aphasia, intelligent obstacles, cannot understand the scale content and cooperate with examination, treatment and follow-up; (6) Willing to participate in the research of this subject and sign the informed consent. Inclusion criteria of health controls: (1) Have no symptoms and signs related to allergic rhinitis; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) There are no major organ diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and immune system diseases, no acute and chronic infectious diseases, no malignant tumors; (4) Willing to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Do not comply with the inclusion criteria; (2) Women in pregnancy and lactation; (3) The bodies are weak and cannot take care of themselves; (4) Combined with deviation of nasal septum, sinusitis, intranasal mass or other nasal mucosal diseases, or have undergone nasal surgery; (5) Patients with other serious respiratory diseases, complicated with life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems, or with diabetes or mental disorders; (6) Suspected or confirmed the existence of a history of drug abuse, or have taken immunosuppressive agents; (7) Can not adhere to or can not cooperate with treatment, affecting data collection and efficacy evaluation; (8) fitted with a heart rate regulator; There are no major organ diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, no acute and chronic infectious diseases and no malignant tumors; (6) other treatments have been used or other treatments have been stopped for 2 weeks or more.
