Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: C14 breath test confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection; Pathology confirmed IgA nephropathy; aged 15~75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe infection and heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, hypotension, and psychotic patients; (2) patients who unwilling to cooperate or fail to cooperate with the researchers in completing the complete collection of medical history data; (3) the combination of other immune diseases.
