Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) newly diagnosed AML patients by WHO (except APL); 2) Aged 15-60 years old; 3) the ECOG score was 0-2 at the time of inclusion; 4) Liver and kidney function: blood bilirubin 50%; 6) the expected survival period is more than 3 months; 7) informed consent signed by a patient or family member.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute promyelocytic leukemia; 2) there are other malignant tumors in the past 5 years; 3) HIV positive; 4) Other serious diseases that may limit patients'participation in the trial (e.g. advanced infections, uncontrollable diabetes, severe cardiac insufficiency or angina pectoris, etc.); 5) systemic condition is not suitable for chemotherapy; 6) pregnant or lactating women; 7) unable to understand or follow the research plan; 8) secondary to MPN or treatment related AML
