Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 60-85 years, informed consent and is willing to cooperate with the investigation, the United States national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores to reduce 3 or more points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With hearing and speech disorders, severe mental disorders, severe cognitive impairment, serious viscera function and tumor disease.
