Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) were diagnosed by gastroscopy or pathology; age 18-65 years; GERDQ (Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionaire) score = 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with mental illness; subjects that could not cooperate with endoscopy; subjects who were unwilling to sign informed consent forms; gastroendoscopy with the results of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal malignant tumor, esophageal polyps, and gastric polyps; subjects suffering from other chronic diseases (hepatitis, cirrhosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and so forth); patients with AIDS or who had previously taken immunosuppressive agents; pregnant women; subjects who were taking other clinical trials; patients who received relevant drugs that could impact the experimental results in the month previous to the study (e.g., probiotics, proton pump inhibitors, cytokines, and so forth); With history of cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, nephrotic, hematologic and other systemic diseases; With history of infectious disease in the past 1 month.
