18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with tuberculosis pleurisy; 2. Aged 16 to 80 years; 3. Those whose Pleural effusion can be obtained; 4. There was no history of tuberculosis treatment; 5. Willingness to be sampled in an out-patient clinic or be admitted to Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with HIV infection and bacterial infection; 2. pregnant women; 3. no pleural effusion can be obtained; 4. patients with tumors, autoimmune diseases, hepatitis or other systemic diseases; 5. patients undergoing anticoagulation or antiplatelet therapy; 6. Those who can not tolerate anti TB treatment.
