Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria were based on the Chinese Diagnostic and Therapeutic Guidelines for Chronic Rhinosinusitis (Kunming, 2012) and EPOS 2012 diagnostic criteria. All enrolled patients were screened by uniform inclusion and exclusion criteria. At the same time, the study subjects did not use systemic or topical glucocorticoids for nearly one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with CF, Kartgener Disease, invasive and noninvasive fungal sinusitis, neoplasm,and immunodeficiency; 2. patients with acute airway infection in recent one month; 3. patients with allergic rhinitis or/and asthma were excluded. Diagnosis of allergic rhinitis According to the diagnostic criteria of ARIA2008, the diagnosis of asthma is based on GINA standards.
