1)Polycythemia vera(PV): Bone marrow examination abnormal , or JAK2 gene test is positive or EPO is slight

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years (median age at diagnosis of erythrocytosis is about 60 years, of which the incidence increases with age, especially over 60-80 years. 2. A male hemoglobin is over 165 g/L(female > 160 g/L)more than twice a week; 3. Etiology is clear; 4. Informed consent is signed. Etiological diagnoses are performed in accordance with the latest international standards, as follows: 1)Polycythemia vera(PV): Bone marrow examination abnormal , or JAK2 gene test is positive or EPO is slightly even significantly lower,or splenomegaly can be inspected. 2)Non-Polycythemia vera: including secondary polycythemia and relative polycythemia. A. Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS): Sleep monitoring is abnormal,or the level of EPO is slightly even significantlyr higher, and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) decreases. B.Increased secretion of EPO for tumor or renal:Liver or kidney function is abnormal , and imaging or pathological confirmed lesions, and the level of EPO increases. C.Adrenocortical insufficiency:The basal value of total cortisol = 3 µg/dl,and the level of EPO is normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 2. Using bone marrow suppressants such as hydroxyurea; 3. Cannot quit smoking for 24 hours; 4. Severe passive smoking or other severely polluted CO environment 24 hours before breath test; 5. Unable to perform exhalation acquisition autonomously; 6. Taking part in other drugs, medical devices and other related clinical trials in the past 3 months; Not be considered by the researchers to take part in this clinical trial
