18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participated in and signed a letter of informed consent; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. ASA grade II to III; 4. BMI>40kg/m2?BMI>35kg/m2 with other internal diseases; 5. Patients who are scheduled for laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate or unable to sign informed consent; 2. History of respiratory infection was recorded in the last 1 month or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease bronchial asthma requiring regular therapy; 3. Smoking less than 2 months before the surgery; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Cardiac insufficiency; 6. Severe psychiatric disorders; 7. History of chest or abdominal surgery; 8. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
