Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Carotid ultrasound indicated that IMT was greater than or equal to 1.0mm, between 40 and 60 years old, and informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident; Persons with endocrine dysfunction or other serious diseases; Somebody who USES glucocorticoid and insulin; Waste women during pregnancy; Humanoid allergic constitution, known or possibly allergic to test drugs or their components; Someone with known bleeding tendencies or bleeding disorders, or uncontrolled coagulation disorders, or active bleeding; Severe impairment of liver and kidney function, organic heart disease, alcoholism or drug abuse, hypothyroidism, nephropathy syndrome, familial hyperlipidemia, etc.
