Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There was no history of diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, digestive system disease, cardiovascular disease and other diseases; the first antenatal care was before 13 weeks during pregnancy; pregnancy women aged between 21 and 35 years.

Exclusion criteria
