Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children (n = 586) who underwent an operation in Guizhou Provincial Peoples Hospital and Guizhou University Peoples Hospital from March 2013 to December 2015 were selected, including 338 cases receiving hernia repair, 140 cases receiving cleft lip and palate repair and 108 cases receiving appendectomy. The operation time was 15 to 100 min with a mean time of 55.26+/-4.45 min. There were 478 males and 108 females aged 2 ~ 12 years (mean age of 6.35+/-2.32 years) and weighing 9.13 ~ 55.42 kg (mean weight of 22.03 ± 6.28 kg).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pediatric patients who had cardiovascular and respiratory diseases or patients who had controindiction of ketamine and lidocaine are excluded.
