Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically or cytologically diagnosed with lung cancer (BOTH NSCLS and SCLC); 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. For male patients: agree to use a reliable birth-control method during the test; For female patients: women of childbearing age should approve not to be pregnant by the urine test before being recruited and agree to use a reliable birth-control method during the study; 4. ECOG scores = 2; 5. Approve to have at least one measurable lesion according to the RECIST criteria; 6. Treated with the chemotherapy initially and the regimen is cisplatin combines with: paclitaxel, docetaxel, gemcitabine, pemetrexed or etoposide, and are supposed to treated with chemotherapy for at least two cycles; 7. Meet the needs of chemotherapy in hematology, liver, kidney or other vital visceral function: ANC>1.5*10^9/L, PLT>10^9/L, HBG>9g/dL; Bilirubin 45ml/min; 8. Willingly to sign the inform consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Treated with the antitumor treatment or supposed to be treated with other antitumor treatment except chemotherapy (include radiotherapy, target therapy, immunotherapy or traditional Chinese medicine treatment); 2. Recently treated with proton pump inhibitors or antibiotic agents; 3. Recently treated with immunosuppressor or intestinal probiotic agents; 4. Diagnosed with chronic gastrointestinal diseases, other gastrointestinal diseases or gastrointestinal metastasis; 5. Diagnosed with metabolic diseases such as diseases in immune system, obesity or severe heart diseases; 6. NOT being able to oral administration; 7. With low compliance of the treatment which are not supposed to complete the study; 8. Female with pregnancy or lactation; 9. Stuff or relatives of the stuff directly involved in this study; 10. Stuff in the GuoShengTang Nutrition and Technology, Ltd.
