Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A patient with idiopathic Parkinsons disease whose diagnosis is confirmed according to MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria in 2015; (2) The patient is a Chinese man or woman aged =18 years; (3) Disease duration of more than 1 years since diagnosis; (4) The patient has been treated with stable dopaminergic drugs(not including rasagiline) at least 30 days prior screening; (5) The patient is required to have the capacity to answer the study questionnaires independently and have off periods comprising <75% of the waking day; (6) The patient can provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The paitent with atypical or secondary parkinsonism; (2) The patient has a clinically significant or unstable medical or surgical condition, include cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, or metabolic diseases or malignancies as determined by medical history, moderate or severe hepatic impairment; (3) The patient has undergone a neurosurgical intervention of PD (e.g. pallidotomy, thallamotomy, transplantation or deep brain stimulation); (4) The patient with dementia or cognitive loss, MMSE score =24.
