Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy loss group: patients aged 25-41 years with a spontaneous abortion times = 2. And meet one of the following laboratory standards: (1) = 2 times (interval = 12 weeks) positive for plasma lupus anticoagulant; (2) = 2 (interval = 12 weeks) serum or plasma anti-cardiolipin antibody IgG and/or IgM medium/high titer positive (standardized ELISA); (3) = 2 (interval = 12 weeks) serum or plasma anti-ß2 glycoprotein 1 (ß2-GP1) antibody IgG and/or IgM medium/high titer positive (standardized ELISA). 2. normal control group: someone aged 25-41 years old, no previous spontaneous abortion, stillbirth history.And there were no symptoms and signs of threatened abortion such as vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain during this pregnancy; and ultrasound confirmed that the embryo was developing normally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormalities in maternal anatomy, endocrine, parental chromosomes and infections, etc.; 2. There are diseases of autoimmune, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, cardiovascular system,gastrointestinal system, urinary system,nervous system or mental diseases; 3. Those who have taken other drugs recently.
