Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old, males or females; 2. According to pathological and histological,the participants were diagnosed with solid malignancy; 3. >4 intracranial lesions must be present on MRI of the brain 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status 0-2 points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients need to be treated with anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs; 2. Patients with intracranial stroke; 3. Participants who cannot undergo a brain MRI; 4. Radiological evidence indicates the presence of a central tumor invading large blood vessels; 5. Participants with stage IV-V chronic kidney disease or end stage renal disease; 6. Participants with meningeal metastasis; 7. Participants with small cell lung cancer, lymphoma, or myeloma; 8. Participants with abnormal coagulation function and bleeding tendency.
