Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cirrhosis, men and women and causes are not limited; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. The diagnosis of cirrhosis conforms to the 2015 version of the chronic hepatitis B prevention and treatment guidelines, and the diagnosis of diabetes conforms to the 2017 version of China's type 2 diabetes prevention and treatment guidelines; 4. According to the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes, insulin intensive treatment is required: glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1C = 9.0 % or fasting blood sugar = 11.1 mmol/L. 5. Can cooperate with monitoring and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with acute gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy above II degree, coma, etc; 2. Long-term use of glucocorticoids; 3. Concurrency with chronic renal failure; 4. Unable to cooperate with the monitoring follow-up and refused to sign the informed consent.
