4 Years to 14 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Chinese children with atopic MP or atopic non-MP aged 4 to 14 years will be included. All MP are diagnosed according to the China guideline of management of asthma. Moreover, the duration of MP is less than 7 days from the admission to the clinical presentation recovery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if any other pathogens are detected positive from the secretions of respiratory organs by polymerase chain reaction test. These pathogens include the viruses of influenza, parainfluenza, and adenovirus, and respiratory syncytial virus.
