Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease or coronary atherosclerosis; 2. Aged 18 years old; 3. Have not taken lipid-lowering drugs, or have taken them but have stopped taking them for more than 4 weeks; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver function; 2. Moderate to severe renal dysfunction; 3. Pregnancy and lactation women; Acute cerebrovascular accident, severe trauma, malignant tumor, and surgery patients within 6 months; 5. Hypothyroidism.
