Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 60-85 years old; 2) According to the 2010 Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines, patients with hypertension have been diagnosed; 3) body mass index = 30, (body mass index, BMI); 4) patients has signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) unable to maintain stable contacts by telephone and information monitoring platform; 2) patients who are difficult to communicate; 3) Patients who are not living locally for a long time.
