Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients with diabetes hospitalized in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from 2015 to 2017 were enrolled in this study. All 58 type 2 diabetic patients were suffering from ED according to 5-item version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5), ultrasound parameters of the color of penis were diagnosed erectile dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: None of these patients had any known thyroid dysfunction, hormone deficiency, genital malformation, Peyronie's disease and other sexual dysfunctions including premature ejaculation, or loss of sexual desire, history of pelvic surgery, renal and liver failure, and accepted known drugs, such as antiandrogen, antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic, psychotropic drugs and antidepressants.
