35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T score of lumbar spine and hip =-1, but =-2.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from cancer, genetic diseases, hyperthyroidism, psychosis, type 1 diabetes, stroke; 2. With heart, liver, kidney and other functional failure; 3. Physical disabilities can not walk; 4. Intake drugs that affect the study and vitamin K2 supplements within six months.
