Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In this study, patients will be selected for hysteroscopic surgery under general laryngeal mask anesthesia (including hysteroscopic polyp extirpation, tubal hydrolysis, intrauterine adhesion decomposition, myoma removal, etc.). Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II, aged 20 to 65 years, body mass index <30, no head and neck movement or mouth opening limitation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic pharyngitis or bronchitis, upper respiratory tract infection and history of gastroesophageal reflux in the last week. In the case of the following cases, the study was excluded: the laryngeal mask airway was not smooth, the operation was twice and above, the laryngeal mask was changed to endotracheal intubation, and the operation time was longer than 1h.
