Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed as copd by a respiratory specialist; (2) living in the community aged between 45 and 70 years; (3) without visual, speech or hearing problems; (4) without severe cardio cerebrovascular disease, And other lung diseases, such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc.; (5) patients reported fatigue in the past week and a Pittsburgh sleep index scale (psqi) score > 7; (6) informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) deterioration of the condition during the month preceding the investigation or hospitalization during the investigation; (2) experiencing stressful life events (e.g. death of a loved one); (3) regular exercise or other rehabilitation, Relaxation and meditation training (e.g. yoga); (4) Persons with physical dysfunction or severe muscle damage; (5) with mental disorders, such as anxiety or severe cognitive impairment; (6) those taking sleep-affecting drugs.
