Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the Diagnostic Criteria of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD-2018); 2. patients did not take antibiotics 1 month before enrollment, did not take antiviral drugs 1 week before enrollment; 3. Ability to communicate in language or text, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent, and have the ability to complete trial-related inspections; 4. aged 18 to 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe heart, liver, kidney disease: severe liver dysfunction (ALT or AST = 3 times normal); severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 451µmol/L); chronic congestive heart failure (heart function NYHA III-IV grade ), affecting the progress of inspection results; 2. other respiratory diseases: clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, bronchiectasis, pneumoconiosis or other simple restrictive ventilatory dysfunction; active tuberculosis; pulmonary mycosis; patients who have undergone lung resection; 3. long-term use of systemic (oral or intravenous) hormone dose is unstable (ie dose stabilization time Less than 6 weeks) or a dose of hormone greater than 10 mg/d of prednisone, or long-term use of antibiotics; 4. immunodeficient patients, such as malignant tumors, organ or bone marrow transplant or AIDS or nearly 3 months to take immunosuppressive organs or bone marrow transplant patients; 5. have a history of chronic alcohol abuse, drug abuse, or any factors that affect compliance; 6. Patients who have participated in any interventional clinical study 63 months ago; 7. pregnant and lactating women; 8. Other reasons that the investigator believes are not suitable for this test.
