Open the surgical side bronchial catheter to the atmosphere after OLV
Group B(part II):Start TLV until incision and stop breathing to the appropriate block time
Clamp the surgical side bronchial catheter after OLV
Group C(part II):Start OLV until incision and stop breathing to the appropriate block time

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects aged 18 years or older, ASA I to II, and scheduled for thoracoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with history of severe cardiopulmonary disease, abnormal arterial blood gas analysis before surgery; previous or anticipated difficult intubation, history of thoracic surgery or trauma, history of pleural effusion, severe pulmonary infection, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases or asthma (forced expiratory volume in one second <50% predicted), preoperative pneumothorax or atelectasis; prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
