Inclusion criteria: 1) No radiation therapy or biological therapy before drug treatment 2) Temozolomide

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant woman; 2) a malignant tumor with a non-neurological system or with other malignant diseases; 3) Liver and kidney dysfunction.
