Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Sign an informed written consent form; 3. AK patients required: 1) biopsy proven AKs; 2) number of lesions >=1; 3) AKs were classified as grade I~II; 2. sBCC patients required: 1) biopsy proven sBCC; 2) number of lesions >=1; 3. BD patients to be required: 1) biopsy proven BD; 2) number of lesions >=1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prefer surgery; 2. Patient with liver or renal diseases or disfunction of immune system; 3. With a history of psychosis or epilepsy; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. With a history of photosensitive diseases, porphyria, porphyrin sensitivity.
